ÜBER DIKRAYAT ANDALUCIA

Dikrayat Andalucia ist ein arabischer Titel und bedeutet auf Deutsch „Andalusische Erinnerungen". Die Musik enthält viele andalusische Elemente und Melodien. Dazu kommen orientalische Kompositionen, Chaabi, Melhoun, Berber, Gnawa und traditionelle marokkanische Rhythmen wie Andalusie, Marssaoui....alles in einem modernen popig-jazzigen Arrangement. Dikrayat Andalucia ist eine Gelegenheit, um an das Zusammenleben der Kulturen und Religionen vom 8. bis 15. Jahrhundert in Andalusien zu erinnern, die Zeit, als die Araber in Andalusien waren und ein multikultureller Austausch zwischen Christen, Arabern und Juden stattfand. Kunst und Kultur unter dem Klima der Toleranz also. Das war eine beispielhafte Epoche für das Zusammenleben, für Frieden und das Genießen anderer Kulturen...
